of India as part of its Digital India program, by means of this portal, all the
information related to Scholarship offered by the government will be available
to the students at a single place.  National Scholarships Portal is taken
as Mission Mode Project under National e-Governance Plan (NeGP), so the

The
aim of National Scholarship Portal is to be a one-stop solution for all
Scholarship related queries of students. All scholarships offered to students
from various Government departments have been integrated at a single place
irrespective of the fact that they are being provided by Central Government,
State Government or any other ministry.
Scholarship Schemes under National Scholarship Portal
The
National Scholarship Portal Application Form is to be filled for all
applications for the various schemes which are to be made through National
Scholarship Portal. Now students are not required to worry about missing any
scholarship or go through the pains of filling multiple application forms for
different scholarships. There is one application form for all the scholarship

The
National Scholarship Portal facilitates the online filling of Government
scholarships and direct benefit of transfer to the students. To avail these
government scholarships, the student has to first register through the Student
Login Panel and then fill in their academic and other details in the common
application form and after that, all the scholarships for which they are
eligible will be listed for them.
The
step by step instructions to fill the National Scholarship Portal Application
Form is given below. Students are advised to follow the instructions carefully
and ensure that the details filled by them are correct.
National Scholarship Portal Student Login
The
applications can be made by visiting the Student Login section available on the
homepage of National Scholarship Portal or
Civildatas App Scholarship Section.
Registration
To
begin with the scholarship application, the student has first to register with the
National Scholarship Portal or Civildatas App Scholarship
Section. They should fill in the details required in the section. The
field which is to be filled to complete this section are shown in the image
below.

Temporary Registration Number

Once
the details have been entered and the information has been submitted the
candidates will be provided with a 20 digit temporary Registration Number. This
temporary ID is also sent to the student’s mobile number for future use. The
applicants should retain the Temporary Registration Number till they have
completed their Application process and have received their Permanent
Registration Number.
Logging into the account
Once
the candidates have received their Temporary Registration Number, They should
log into the National Scholarship Portal or Civildatas App Scholarship Section using
the temporary Registration Number and their Date of birth.

Filling the details
Once
the necessary registration process is complete and the applicant has logged in
using their Temporary Registration Number and Date of Birth, applicants are
required to fill in the Personal as well as Academic Details.

Personal Details & Bank Account Details

In
this section, the students have to write in the personal as well as bank
account details. The students need to ensure that the bank account filled by
them are correct as the scholarship amount will be transferred to the bank
account filled with the students Personal Details & Bank Account Details:
Academic Details
In
this section, the candidates have to fill their present as well as previous
academic details.



Scheme Details
The
details of the schemes for which the candidate can apply will be shown as per
the educational qualification and Status (Disabled/Minority/SC/ST) of the
candidate.
Documents to be uploaded
Candidate
can make application for multiple scholarships. Once the candidate has selected
the scholarships for which he would like to make application, on the next page,
he/she will be shown a list of the documents which are to be uploaded to for
the selected scholarships.

DOCUMENTS IS VERY IMPORTANT AND EVERY DOCUMENT IS FILLED BY YOU AND SELF ATTESTED. (Don’t Upload Government Issued Documents) Documents Available in Document Section Of Civildatas App.

Contact Details

Once
all the documents have been uploaded candidate are required to upload their
contact details to complete the application process



Printing and Tracking the application form
Once
the applicant has completed the application process, the printout of the
complete application form can be taken using the ‘Print Your Application’
button and by using ‘Check Your Status’ applicants can check the status of
their Scholarship applications.
National Scholarship Portal Application Submission
Candidates
are advised to fill the application in a proper format. Candidates should
ensure the details of the application form filled by them are correct in all
perspective before the final submission because once the application has been
processed, then the candidates will not be able to do any changes.
The
candidates do not need to send the hard copies of the NSP Scholarship
Application form. Candidates need to submit the National Scholarship Portal
Application Form by clicking on “Submit” button.

 Is Aadhar Compulsory for National Scholarship
Portal Application?
Aadhar
Number is not Compulsory to apply for a scholarship through National
Scholarship Portal. The candidates can register themselves by any of the three
things. It is compulsory to apply online for the scholarship
•          Aadhar Number
•          Enrolment ID
•          Bank Passbook
Those
students who do not possess Aadhaar id, can enter either enrolment ID (EID) or
scanned copy of their Bank A/c No or Joint Bank A/c No with Parent or
Guardian’s Passbook detail along with a photo which is to be uploaded or
submitted to the sanctioning authorities.
